Premier prix de clarinette du Conservatoire National Régional de Tours, premier prix de clarinette du Conservatoire National Régional de Paris, diplôme national d'études supérieures de musique du CNSMD de Lyon.
Lauréate à la Villa Kujoyama à Kyoto (Japon), elle y réside durant 8 mois et travaille :

• –  le Otsuzumi, tambour de Nô avec Taniguchi sensei;

• –  le gidayu, art de la récitation du théâtre bunraku, théâtre de marionnette avec Sakiho sensei;

• –  l'iaido l'art de dégainer le sabre avec Yamakoshi sensei.

  Lors de son parcours musical, elle s'oriente très tôt vers les musiques d'aujourd'hui, elle a joué avec l'atelier instrumental du XX° siècle dirigé par Gilbert Amy, l'ensemble intercontemporain, avec l'itinéraire. A rencontré les compositeurs, Georges Aperghis, Vinko Globokar, Daniel D'Adamo, Klaus Huber, Pierre Jodlowsky, Gilbert Amy, Claire Mélanie Sinhuber, Raphael Cendo, Jennifer Walshe, Anthony Patheras... Interprète les pièces du répertoire tel que Luciano Berio, Pierre Boulez, Salvatore Sciarrino, Giacinto Scelsi, Iannis Xenakis, Olivier Messiaen , Helmut Lachenman...

Elle trouve son terrain de prédilection dans l'univers de l'improvisation libre.
Elle est membre de Triolid avec David Chiesa et Laurent Dailleau puis de Krizdaavec Gunda Gottschalk et Christine Wodrascka, puis de Rose and Stomachavec Jacques Di Donato, Xavier Charles et Tim Hodgkinson, puis avec 4 Walls + 2 (Phil Minton, Luc Ex, Michael Vatcher et Veryan Weston). Est chanteuse du groupe rock expérimental Fogo avec Jean-Sébastien Mariage, Frédérick Galiay, Jacques Di Donato).
A joué en duo avec Jacques Demierre et avecJacques DiDonato (percu, clar & voix), Joue avec Bertrand Gauguet (sax & clar) avec Franz Hautzinger (trompette, clar & voix), avec Daunik Lazro, en duo de deux voix avec Phil Minton, en trio avec John Tilbury et Franz Hautzinger, avec Anne James Chaton, avec keiji Haino.
Elle crée Bouge avec Johannes Bauer et Luc Ex, le trio canapéprojet photo phonographique et musique,le quartetWhere is the sun avec Franz Hautzinger, Martin Tetreault et Dieb13.
A joué avec Sol 12,de Luc Ex et Veryan Weston. Joue dans le Poet Congress de Franz Hautzinger, avec l'ensemble hiatus (ensemble jouant la musique écrite et improvisée), avec le Radeau de la Méduse, projet peinture, vidéo musique).
Depuis toujours intéressée par la voix, Isabelle Duthoit développe depuis plus 10 ans une technique de voix singulière et très personnelle. Un langage avant le langage, une voix de l'origine. Inspirée par les techniques de voix du théâtre de Nô et du théâtre de Bunraku, elle cherche et développe un chant lié au cri à la voix brisée, la voix prise dans son entité du premier souffle intime jusqu'au cri.
Elle mène depuis octobre 2013,un chœur expérimental au théâtre des Quinconces-l’Espal au Mans. Local vocal pour un chœur de 17 femmes a été présentée en février 2014.

Compose la musique du spectacle La chair de L'homme de V. Novarina par la Cie Tsara.
Crée avec Jacques Di Donato la musique de L'ogre et la poupée de Daniel Lemahieux par la Cie François Lazaro. Compose avec lui la musique de «Des Hurlements montaient le long des saules pleureurs» par la Cie Lazaro.
Crée Blanc, spectacle musique-vidéo scénographié autour du Japon avec Jacques Demierre et Alexandre Simon.
Compose la musique de Hic Sunt Leones (de Stéphane Olry) objet sonore de La Revue
Eclair (présenté dans le In du Festival Avignon en 2012).
Compose la musique pour Go go go said thebird( human kind cannot bear very much reality par la Cie Li(Luo) chorégraphie de Camille Mutel.Joue dans Mevlido appelle Mevlido, avec la Cie Roland Furieux et Xavier Charles.

ISABELLE DUTHOIT
First prize in clarinet from the Conservatoire National Régional de Tours, first prize in clarinet from the Conservatoire National Régional de Paris, national diploma of higher music studies from the CNSMD of Lyon.
Winner at the Villa Kujoyama in Kyoto (Japan), she lives and works there for 8 months:
- the Otsuzumi, Noh drum with Taniguchi sensei;
- the gidayu, art of recitation of the bunraku theater, puppet theater with Sakiho sensei;
- Iaido, the art of sword drawing with Yamakoshi Sensei.
During her musical journey, she turned very early to the music of today, she played with the instrumental workshop of the twentieth century directed by Gilbert Amy, the intercontemporary ensemble, with the itinerary. Met the composers, Georges Aperghis, Vinko Globokar, Daniel D'Adamo, Klaus Huber, Pierre Jodlowsky, Gilbert Amy, Claire Mélanie Sinhuber, Raphael Cendo, Jennifer Walshe, Anthony Patheras... Always interested in the voice, Isabelle Duthoit has been developing for more than 10 years a singular and very personal voice technique. A language before language, a voice of the origin. Inspired by the voice techniques of the Noh theater and the Bunraku theater, she seeks and develops a singing linked to the broken voice, the voice taken in its entity from the first intimate breath to the cry.
Since October 2013, she has been leading an experimental choir at the Quinconces-l'Espal theater in Le Mans. Local vocal for a choir of 17 women was presented in February 2014.

Without any exotic compromise, both sincerely herself and inhabited by inner sounds from all over the world, she made herself the orbital spokesperson of humanity, she made us travel around all the murmurs, laughter, rumblings, cries, which agitate our vocosphere and of which she proved to be the demanding satellite".
